I was truly blessed to have found what I am about to share with you. Our business is based upon teamwork and Duplication. But without Teamwork there is no moving forward in your Network Marketing Business.

Some of us truly do have something inside of us, holding us back from true Potential. This could be multiple things but it come down to Excuses! There is no room for them at all. If your going to do something give it your all.

My Idea of success is Teamwork driven, and No Excuses = Massive Results

Lack Of Fast Duplication = Failure!

Everyone talks about only what they see and what they hear. But what goes on in the background? So my question to you is….. Do you want to Create a Long Lasting Empire or have to Continually Work at it to keep money in your pocket?

Simple, yet fairly Loaded question right? You might be asking yourself what does this mean? Well sit Back relax, Sip that cup of Joe, and let’s make you a Lasting Empire!

Another reason why people dislike, or think negatively about Network Marketing is because they could not Duplicate what there Up Line was doing. So they try, spend money on advertising to get little or nothing back in return, until they are dead broke and out of your business with a sour attitude. You see what you do may not be something most people can or will duplicate. We each have our own unique skills, and talent sets which make us just that Unique.

So how do you Overcome this Problem and Produce Duplication throughout your Business? 

Well let me tell you one thing for sure. If it took you 6 months to start really getting it doing Attraction Marketing through Blogging, Article Marketing, PPC, Or even Banner ads, Chances are your new Prospects are not going to stick around that long. So if it took you awhile to do, obviously it will take them awhile as well, producing Less Duplication, And Less Retention. Both NO NO’s.

It all comes down to 3 Key principles that you can NOT and I mean Can Not screw up when it comes to Duplication. Yes, Attraction Marketing Works. Yes, PPC, Banner Ads, and Article Marketing Works. But get your Prospects Making Money number 1 then they can find there way to Attraction Marketing when They have Cash in Hand to play with. So here are the 3 Unbelievably Simple Steps.

This is the Easiest way to Duplication.

1. Pick up the phone and Call Prospects….. ( Starting With Warm Market. Who are the Most Successful People you Know?) . All you have to do is call them and Say…I just got started in this business and I’m Super excited about it. I know you are really successful and always have looked up to you. I was wondering if you could do me a favor, Check it out and Let me know what you think. I would love you input!

That’s It. How can they say NO To that. They can’t unless they literally have no Heart.

Cold Market……. This is when you are calling people from buying leads, or advertisements. All you do is say Hi (prospects Name) This is (Your Name, City and State) Calling you because you recently requested more information about working from home, that’s what I specialize in and thought I’d give you a courtesy call and see if that was still correct. Then Probe them and find out if they would be a good candidate to work with you.

2. Send them to a Simple Information Process.

3. Follow Up and Close.

That Simple. Completely Duplicatable and doesn’t require internet skills, writing skills, tons of money, or even a whole lot of time. Tell them to do this every day and you are gauranteed success, and Most importantly Fast Duplication within the empire you are Building!

 Re-Sponser-Bility!  

Today I’m going to Talk about something that tons of Network Marketers overlook each and Everyday, and probably most of the time take for granted. As you know we should always be prospecting, no matter how many people we sponsor on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. But the one thing that we can not, and I mean CAN NOT leave out is our responsibility as a SPONSOR.

What if you recruit someone into your team that says hey, I’ve been in network marketing for 10 years? Are you just going to say wow o.k. this guy knows what he is doing?

The correct answer you should have said to that is Hell No!

Your new Prospects are just like babies. You must mold them into a Prospecting Monster (GROWING UP), and get there feet wet (LEARNING HOW TO LIVE), and completely Make sure they know what they are doing before you let them go Off on there own (SEND THEM TO COLLEGE). This is your business and you need to treat it as such. Unless they are making $10,000 a month, You need to let them know they will do as you say, then when they are making $10,000 a Month they can start doing their own thing. But then you know for a fact that you are producing quality Volume in your business so you can receive a check month after month Years down the road.

A lot of people Don’t even know how to 3 way call, or do it correctly. You must not just ask them if they know how to do it, but make them prove it to you.

Let me ask you another question. Have you read through your Network Marketing Companies guidelines for Distributors? You Should. I don’t know of one that doesn’t say it’s your responsibility to help out your Downline. We are all here for the same reasons. To help one another become successful, and create a better life for each and every one of us.
It Is our Responsibility as a Sponsor to make welcome our downline into the Family. Introduce them to Your UPLINE, so they know they have people backing them up and all rooting for them to make it and Not Break It!

Create Guidelines For them….Like, How many hours will you work this business a Day, Week?

How much money do you have to Advertise if any at all?

This way we know as Sponsors what we are working with, and when to be available for that specific person.

We Must get our Down Line on the Fastest Start that we can. If we do this correctly you are going to greatly reduce the amount of people leaving your business. But remember they do what you Do that’s why you must always be in Prospecting Mode, and be a Ridiculous PROSPECTING MONSTER!
